<p>Ask them what they want from life and they&#8217;ll ponder endlessly.</p>
<p>Maybe we should all aspire to treat ourselves as good as we treat our children and to reach as high for ourselves as we do for our children.  Then we could be proud of how we turn out and in the process set an example for our children.</p>

<p>It is true, and I am going to share with you EXACTLY how to do it.  This is 100% successful when applied correctly, and 100% free of charge.</p>
<p>Most people feel like they are who they are and that there is no changing that.  It&#8217;s not true.</p>
<p>Sure, you can believe that, and choose to never change and it will be true, but you COULD change if you wanted too.</p>
<p>I know many people want to change things about themselves, but they are caught up in habits and have gotten used to a way of being, but that can all be changed with the power of &#8220;make believe&#8221;.</p>
<p><strong>Shakespeare</strong> had it right when he said &#8220;  All the world&#8217;s a stage, And all the men and women merely players&#8221;</p>
<p>We all play roles everyday.  Some of the roles were seemingly thrust upon us, such as being a parent or the boss at a job, while others we chose freely.  We all define how we play each role and we chose our eccentricities.</p>
<p>Most people do not do this unconsciously, and to these people it would appear that they do not have any power over who they are.</p>
<p>But you have to know you selected your friends and those you associate with, and you act a certain way around them because you choose to act that way.  You can suddenly, and without a notice begin to act differently if you so choose.</p>
<p>Who you are is who you chose to be, whether you are aware of it or not.  You may play roles and act certain ways and have specific habits or even work in your chosen field because of outside influence such as your parents.  That was still your choice.</p>
<p>If you do something in life you are not proud of and would like to change, simply redefine yourself.</p>
<p>This applies to anything and everything you do, act, be or say.</p>
<p>For example:  If you do X, and wish to stop doing X, then define yourself as someone who does Y.</p>
<p>Never try to define yourself as someone who never does X, because your focus is still on X and you will certainly do it.</p>
<p>If I tell you to never think of food, the first thing you will think of is food.  If I say never think of beer, the first thing you will think of is beer.</p>
<p>So if you want to stop eating junk food, for example, you would not define yourself as someone who likes junk food but doesn&#8217;t eat it.  You could define yourself, using mental imagery and affirmations, as someone who loves health food.</p>
<p>Much like a writer of a fiction novel, you must give your character (in this case you) a defined role, but you also have to give him a reason why.</p>
<p>So now you give yourself a reason why.</p>
<p>WHY do you like eating healthy food?</p>
<p>It can be anything you can imagine, because you are the writer of your own life.</p>
<p>I love eating healthy, it makes me feel good.</p>
<p>I choose to eat healthy everyday.</p>
<p>Eating healthy feels good and makes me happy.</p>
<p>If you REALLY want to cement your new way of being, you then give yourself the right to be <strong>Self Righteous</strong>.  You simply give yourself the believe that you are better than others because you decide to do Y and everyone who does X is not as good as you.</p>
<p>So in the example of eating healthy, you feel that people who eat junk food are less desirable then you and you would never stoop to their level.  It is beneath you to behave in the way that they do.  You eat healthy because it feels good and makes you happy, but now it also makes you better than those who do not do it.</p>
<p>Look around the world and you will find people with these beliefs EVERYWHERE in every category you could possibly imagine.  This is how they all got to where they are, even though most of them are not aware of how they got there.</p>
<p>Some&#8230;  very few&#8230;.  actually map it out as I have shared with you here.</p>
<p>Those are the people who write their own lives.</p>
<p>They are people who are where they want to be.</p>
<p>They took responsibility for their own lives and their own happiness and satisfaction and decided to become who they wanted to be.</p>
<p>Will you use this formula to be whoever you want to be or will you pass this by and keep being a victim the rest of your life?</p>
<p>.</p>
<p><strong>More examples:</strong></p>
<p>Don&#8217;t like being lazy?</p>
<p>1st decide to be fit, and someone who exercises.</p>
<p>2nd create a story as to why:   I exercise because it relieves stress, or cures anxiety, or makes me feel good (runners high) or because it gets me outdoors or whatever reason you care to make up.</p>
<p>3rd decide you are better than people who do not exercise and get to the point where you don&#8217;t understand how those people can even exist the way they do.</p>
<p>Do those three things successfully and you will never be a lazy couch potato ever again.</p>
<p><strong>REMEMBER:</strong> It is your choice.  I am not here to judge.  I don&#8217;t care if you are a couch potato or someone who exercises daily.  I truly don&#8217;t care and I am not suggesting either route to you.  I am merely showing you examples of how you can apply this method to change anything about yourself you desire.</p>
<p><strong>SIDE NOTE:</strong> you may think that being self righteous is a negative attribute to have.  I understand.  I truly do.  But it is the cement that makes your decision permanent.  If you decide to be someone who does Y instead of doing X, you can never go back to doing X when you define your personality as someone who does Y and is better for doing it.</p>
<p>You might be worried about how other people will view you if you decide to do Y all of a sudden when you have been doing X for so long.  Or you might be worried about being viewed as someone who is self righteous.</p>
<p>My question to you is this:  &#8220;For whom are you living your life anyway?&#8221; Are you living your life for yourself or for others?  Who lives with the consequences of your actions?  YOU DO.  Why on earth would you spend your life being controlled by others when you have complete control to do whatever you want and be whoever you want to be?</p>
<p>Stop letting others opinions guide the path of your life and you will find happiness and fulfilling life.</p>
<p><strong>LASTLY: </strong> You can apply this 3 step approach to anything.  Alcoholism, smoking, weight loss, money, wealth, any bad habit, anger, abuse, guilt, anxiety&#8230;.  anything you want to change.</p>
<p>This information can allow you to change anything you want in your life.</p>

<p>Not only have I been having fun with this new digital toy, but I have found some very good real world uses for it.</p>
<p>But first, we should start with this:</p>
<p><strong>DOES IT WORK?</strong></p>
<p>In a word:  <strong>YES.</strong></p>
<p>It will make you feel good and happy at the same time.</p>

<p>I suspect that this is why the makers of it are going for the &#8220;digital drug&#8221; approach, since I suspect most people use drugs in order to feel good and be happy.  Of course real drugs never lead one to true happiness&#8230;  usually it is quite the opposite and real drugs lead one to ruins.</p>
<p>I suppose this could be fairly compared to a drug then, since it does get you feeling kind of &#8220;high on life&#8221;, but the biggest difference is that it doesn&#8217;t impair judgement.  I wouldn&#8217;t want to use this while driving though, as I feel it does slow my reflexes significantly when I am in the deeply relaxed state.</p>
<p><strong>So, what REAL WORLD APPLICATIONS have I found for this?</strong></p>
<p>I have found this to be a powerful tool for the law of attraction, because when you feel happy, you attract more things to be happy about.</p>
<p>Yes, you can focus on something and attract it, but if you are feeling sad, depressed, stressed or anxious, you will attract it along with more reasons to feel sad, depressed, stressed and anxious. You may even attract the thing you desire in a negative way, because of feeling poorly during the process.</p>

<p><strong>ATTRACTING MONEY.</strong></p>
<p>When you don&#8217;t have enough money, it can be hard to feel &#8220;good&#8221; at times.  In order to make yourself a money magnet you need to feel good, happy and excited.  You know, how you would ACTUALLY feel if you suddenly won the lottery!</p>
<p>If you suddenly found yourself with a million dollars in your bank account, would you feel anything other than excited joy?</p>
<p>To attract more money, simply imagine (visualize) yourself having more money while using this and you will FEEL your way to more money.</p>

<p><strong>Stress and Anxiety</strong></p>
<p>Not sure if you remember or not, but I use to suffer from pretty severe anxiety and even though I have overcome my GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder) I still find times when I feel the effects of Anxiety for no apparent reason.</p>

<p>These top 5 tips will insure you don&#8217;t run out of steam during the day.  You will be amazed at how much more you can get done in a day when you have the energy.</p>
#1 Stay Hydrated!
<p>I can&#8217;t stress this enough.  Most people do not drink enough water in a day.  Notice I said water and not soda pop, coffee or tea.  Every animal on the planet drinks water and so should you.  Your body is mostly water and all of your cells need fresh water to bring in nourishment as well as to carry away wastes.</p>
<p>Symptoms of being dehydrated: headaches, low energy, dry skin, dry or sticky mouth, poor sleep, thirst, constipation, dizziness or feeling lightheaded.  (The list goes on and on)   Read More</p>
<p>According to Your Body&#8217;s Many Cries for Water (which I have read and referenced more than once) the formula for how much water you actually need it to take your body weight in lbs and divide by 2 and consume that much water divided up through the day.  So if you weighed 200lbs, you would need 100 ounces of water a day.  This may sound like a lot, but it is easily consumed when you use a 20 once water bottle and drink it at 5 different times spaced throughout the day.</p>
<p>When you begin doing this make sure you get the minerals you need, which brings me to number 2:</p>
#2 MINERALS and Electrolytes
<p>You need minerals, Electrolytes and salt to survive.  I&#8217;m not talking about table salt either; I am talking about real natural salt from the ocean which has up to 86 minerals in it.  Table salt has had all its minerals removed and only sodium left which is then combined with Iodine.</p>
<p>Sometime in the future I will do a write up on all the benefits of salt and minerals, but suffice to say that the water cure mentioned above says that for every 32 oz of water, you consume 1/4tsp of natural salt.   So a 16oz glass of water would only need 1/8th tsp of salt.</p>
<p>Try your best to stay away from table salt and processed food as this salt is said to cause health problems.</p>

<p>Along with water intake, this salt will replenish your body with minerals that would be washed away from the water intake.  You will flush out toxins and feel incredible.</p>
#3 Include a Healthy Protein with EVERY Meal!
<p>Be sure you include a healthy protein with every meal and snack you eat; otherwise you may find your energy crashing after a sugar spike comes crashing back down.  When you include a healthy protein source, it takes longer to digest and keeps your blood sugar more even between meals and prevents that after lunch or after breakfast energy crash.</p>
<p>A good way to sabotage your energy is to start you day off with a high carbohydrate cereal for breakfast with no source of  protein.</p>
<p>Here are some healthy proteins you are sure to enjoy: Meats, Poultry, Eggs, Fish (wild caught), raw nuts and nut butters.</p>
<p>A great example for a snack is to have a few nuts along with some fruit.  Eggs are great for breakfast and if you are short on time in the mornings, then hard boil some eggs the night before.</p>
#4 Stop Stimulants
<p>Energy drinks and even coffee tend to send your energy crashing later in the day.  After a while your body builds up a resistance to the effects of caffeine and people tend to slowly increase their intake or combine energy drinks all in order to get that extra boost in the morning.  Next thing you know you can&#8217;t even handle a day without caffeine.  In fact, it is common for people to become addicted to caffeine and require it daily just to avoid getting a headache or nausea.</p>
<p>On top of all this, caffeine is a diuretic and it dehydrates your body (see Tip #1) which means you will need even more water just to feel good.</p>

<p>But to be honest, I was shocked to see which book was number one for the word DIET on Amazon:  SEE HERE</p>
<p>If you want to achieve a SUSTAINED weight loss, which is to say you want to lose weight and not have it come back again, there is really only one way to do it.</p>
<p><strong>JUST DO THESE TWO THINGS:</strong></p>
<p><strong>#1  Eat Healthy</strong></p>
<p>Eating healthy means eating fresh fruits and vegetables along with lean meats such as poultry and fish.</p>
<p>DO NOT eat the bad white&#8217;s:  Bread, pasta, rice, potatoes and sugar.</p>
<p>What you want to eat is FOOD, not man-made food-like substances.  Don&#8217;t over eat and have as much vegetables as you desire, it is pretty hard to consume too many vegetables, especially green ones.</p>
<p><strong>#2 Exercise</strong></p>
<p>I know you didn&#8217;t want to hear this, but there is no way around it.  If you want to be thin, and waaaay more important if you want to be HEALTHY and live a long healthy life, you have to move your body.  Research shows that a minimum of 20 minutes a day, but for best results you really should shoot for an hour a day.</p>
<p>That may sound like a lot, but you can break it up into smaller pieces through out the day.  Take a 20 minute walk before work, or better yet walk or bicycle into work.  20 minutes of walking on lunch and your already 40 minutes done.  Now you just need to find 20 minutes when you get off work and you are set.</p>
<p>If it is important to you to be healthy, fit, energetic and live a long time, you will find the time.</p>
<p>How many stupid TV shows have you found countless hours to watch?</p>
<p>Pretty easy huh?  Okay, so maybe not so easy, but I dare you to find someone who eats healthy and exercises 60 minutes a day who is obese.  All these miracle diets that come out each year do allow for weight loss, but it is never permanent unless  you incorporate the two things I covered here.</p>
